Terms of Service

1. You must be a natural person. Non-natural persons, including but not limited to corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and charitable organizations, cannot register as members of this Platform or use any services. 2. To ensure the safety of children and adolescents using the internet, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have the capacity and legal authority to agree to these Terms. 3. You must register using your own personal information and may not impersonate others. 4. You may only have one HookUpUp account and may not register multiple accounts. To apply for a new account, you must follow the Platform's process to request cancellation of your existing account and wait 60 days before registering again. If you register a new account by any means during the waiting period, it will be considered duplicate registration, and the Platform reserves the right to restrict registration and suspend your account. 5. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account with others. 6. You may not use phone emulators to register a HookUpUp account. 7. You may only download HookUpUp through Google Play and the App Store, and your device must not be jailbroken, rooted, or have modified operating systems installed.

1. The account and password registered on this Platform may only be used by the registered member. 2. You are obligated to keep your account and password confidential. Any transactions or activities that occur through the input of your account and password are considered actions of the registered member, and you bear full responsibility. 3. If you fail to properly maintain or use your account and password in accordance with these Terms, resulting in unauthorized use by others, we shall not be liable for any damages. 4. You agree to notify us immediately upon discovering that your account or password has been illegally used or upon discovering security vulnerabilities in the Platform. 5. When using public or shared computers or devices, you should exercise special caution, avoid using automatic login features, and log out after use to prevent others from reading or recording your password or other personal information.

1. You agree that when using this Platform and related services, all actions and posted content comply with the laws and regulations of Taiwan, R.O.C., or your respective country or region, and you will not use the Platform or services for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner. 2. You agree to maintain the truthfulness, legality, timeliness, and completeness of all content posted on the Platform, including but not limited to: information, text, photos, graphics, and messages. The Platform does not make any express or implied commitments or guarantees regarding such content; the content provider bears full responsibility. 3. You understand that the Platform does not pre-screen your posted content and reserves the right (but has no obligation) to refuse or remove any content provided through the Platform at its own discretion without notice; the Platform may even suspend or terminate your account and refuse your use of all or part of the Platform services. 4. You understand that using internet services involves risks. You agree that you must evaluate the risks associated with all content you post, including but not limited to: unauthorized use, access, distribution, and commentary by others. 5. You agree not to use this Service for any illegal activities or acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights of others. Otherwise, the Platform reserves the right to refuse service, and you shall bear all related legal responsibilities. If this causes damage to the Company, its employees, or agents, you shall bear compensation liability. 6. You must comply with the following guidelines when using this Service: - Do not post or send any inappropriate content to other members, including but not limited to: fraudulent, violent, defamatory, abusive, obscene, blasphemous, offensive, threatening, harassing, commercial, illegal, or content that violates or infringes third-party rights. - Do not infringe upon others' reputation, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents, other intellectual property rights, or other rights. - Do not sell prohibited items such as weapons, drugs, controlled substances, or pirated software. - Agree not to take any actions that may endanger the security of the Platform, prevent others from accessing or using the Platform, or cause damage to the Platform and its content. - Do not add, delete, or modify the content of the Platform or other related services without consent. - Agree not to use the Platform or other services to engage in activities that harm the interests of the Platform or third parties. - The Platform and related services are provided for individual member personal use only and may not be used for commercial profit purposes. - Do not collect members' names, email accounts, or other personal information through any means using the Platform or other services for commercial or non-commercial purposes. - Do not use the Platform or other services to send spam, direct marketing, chain letters, or other commercial advertising to members. - Do not advertise or promote goods or services to other members through the Platform or other services without their explicit permission. - Do not use the Platform or other services to download or collect other members' information for harassment, stalking, or harming others. - Do not impersonate third parties when using this Service. - Do not expressly or impliedly suggest that we endorse the statements in your content posted on the Platform. - Do not use any manual, automatic means, or other automatic search software or devices to scrape, collect, index, or mine the Platform's content and member data, or reproduce or circumvent the normal browsing structure and presentation mode of the Platform or other services or content in any way. - Do not post, transmit, or copy any content or related information protected by copyright or trademark on the Platform. - Do not post, transmit, or distribute software viruses or similar malicious computer programs, files, or code on the Platform. - Do not claim or use computer programs or other device methods to pretend to be affiliated with the HookUpUp website, mobile software, newsletter, or related services. - Do not modify, rewrite, translate, sell, or use reverse engineering to disassemble or crack any part of the Platform and its related services' content, technology, or software. 7. You understand that using the internet involves risks. If you encounter the above situations, you may report them to the Platform through our reporting mechanism, and we will handle them promptly. 8. To maintain a good usage environment on the Platform, you agree that the Platform may conduct necessary monitoring for investigating user reports and take appropriate measures, including but not limited to account penalties or service termination. 9. Furthermore, we have the right but not the obligation to handle personal disputes between you and other members. You bear full responsibility for disputes between you and other members. 10. To protect the quality of the Platform or other services, we reserve the right to suspend members from specific network addresses from continuing to use the Platform at any time. 11. You agree to communicate with the Platform's customer service and employees in a respectful and friendly manner. If the Platform determines that your communication methods and behavior cause any form of attack, threat, serious disturbance, or harassment to Platform customer service or employees, the Platform reserves the right to immediately terminate your member account. 12. When contacting other members, whether on the Platform or through other communication software, platforms, phone, or in-person, you will take appropriate measures to protect your personal safety and the privacy of your personal information. 13. This platform strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) activities. You may report such activities on this platform. Once discovered, corresponding actions will be taken, including but not limited to termination of violating member accounts and reporting to relevant authorities.

1. You agree to authorize HookUpUp to post any public content that you post, transmit, input, or provide on HookUpUp, as well as related content from participating in social activities organized by HookUpUp. 2. Photos you provide or make public on your personal profile may be processed by our system and used for various visualization or analysis services provided by the Platform. 3. If you do not have the legal right to make such authorization, please do not upload, transmit, input, or provide such content on this Platform. 4. You warrant that our use, modification, reproduction, public broadcasting, distribution, publication, and public display of such content will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights or other rights.

1. HookUpUp provides the Service and its content based on the current conditions of this Platform. We do not promise or guarantee that using the Platform or related services will achieve the results you expect. 2. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any related injuries or indirect losses incurred by any member due to use or inability to use the Platform, content errors, personal conduct, or technical failures.

All information that can be viewed, heard, or otherwise obtained on the Platform and related services is owned by us or our licensors. Unless we provide written permission, you may not modify, copy, license, sell, or otherwise use such content.

Any opinions, suggestions, content, or information provided by third-party companies or vendors are the sole responsibility of such third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume any legal liability for such content.

The Platform services may occasionally experience system interruptions, delays, or failures. When this occurs, we will restore services as soon as possible but shall not be liable for any compensation.

1. You agree to the account management measures and limitations set by us for this Service. 2. You agree that we shall not be liable for deleting or failing to store related content. 3. You agree that we have the right to close accounts that have been inactive for more than one year. 4. To provide comprehensive customer support and fulfill legal obligations, all information related to deleted accounts will be retained for one year.

The Platform may provide advertising content from advertisers, product providers, or service providers. The Platform bears no liability for such advertising content.

The Platform may provide links to other third-party websites. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of their content, and you should use your own judgment to avoid damage.

The Platform does not intervene in any buying, selling, or trading activities between you and vendors or individuals, nor does it bear any liability.

1. The Platform will conduct regular equipment maintenance and temporarily suspend services. 2. Services may be suspended, interrupted, or fail due to circumstances not attributable to us. 3. Those who violate these Terms will have their membership services suspended or terminated depending on the severity.

1. To terminate service, you may actively delete your account through the settings area. 2. We reserve the right to investigate, temporarily close, or permanently cancel individual accounts at any time. 3. When a member account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, the Platform shall not be liable for any compensation or refunds.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Both parties agree that the Taipei District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our agents harmless from any losses, costs, and legal liabilities arising from your personal use or violation of these Terms.
